Developed through the integrated Tov ecosystem, Leader Care combines leadership coaching, reflective supervision, spiritual formation, psychosocial insight, and organisational wisdom to help leaders flourish personally while strengthening healthy organisational culture and mission outcomes.

A Tailored Executive Support Partnership

Every leader, executive team, and organisation carries a unique context, culture, mission, and set of pressures. For this reason, Leader Care is not a one-size-fits-all program. We work collaboratively with Boards, CEOs, Principals, and Executive Teams to design a tailored executive support framework that is fit-for-purpose for both the individual leader and the organisation they serve.

Through an initial consultation and discovery process, we help identify the specific leadership, cultural, relational, governance, wellbeing, and organisational needs present within the executive environment. Together, we co-design a practical and sustainable support structure that may include executive coaching, reflective supervision, spiritual formation, psychosocial support, team facilitation, conflict support, pulse surveys, leadership development pathways, or ongoing strategic care.

Importantly, this approach recognises that leadership effectiveness and organisational health are deeply interconnected. Flourishing leaders shape Flourishing Cultures, wise decision-making, resilient teams, and sustainable mission outcomes.
