1. Create your Account

Register your account with your work email address and set a password.

2. Click on Book a Counsellor

From your dashboard, at the top of the page, click the Book a Session button.

3. Choose your counsellor

Search through the list of counsellors and find someone who feels like a suitable match.

4. Select your session and confirm

Choose the day and time you would like to book. Complete the basic information form and click Confirm.

5. Join your session.

At the time of your session, click the link in your email or log in to your Abound account. A Zoom meeting room will open, and your counsellor will join you there.

Confidential support

Your privacy matters

Your use of Abound is confidential. Your employer is not provided with information about whether you have created an account, booked an appointment or accessed counselling.

Any reporting provided to TVCS is de-identified and aggregated and does not disclose individual staff information.
